This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the Qavlin website (**qavlin.com**).

We want you to be happy with your **Card Slider™**.  
If something is not right, please read the policy below and contact us so we can help.

### 1. Return Window

You can request a return within **30 days** from the date your order is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in **good, usable condition**, without severe damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
- The product should include all original parts and accessories, if requested.
- You must provide **proof of purchase** (order confirmation email or order number).

If more than 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

### 2. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your **Card Slider™** arrives **damaged, defective, or incorrect**:

1. Contact us within **7 days** of delivery at **support@qavlin.com**.  
2. Include the following:
   - Your full name  
   - Order number  
   - Clear photos or a short video showing the problem  
3. Our support team will review your case and let you know the next steps.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer:
- A **free replacement**, or  
- A **full or partial refund**, depending on the situation.

For approved defective or wrong items, we cover return shipping costs (if a physical return is required).

### 3. Change of Mind / Not Satisfied

If you change your mind or feel the product is not suitable for you (but it is not defective):

- You may request a return within **30 days of delivery**, subject to approval.
- The item must be in **clean, undamaged, and resellable condition**.
- The customer is responsible for **all return shipping costs** in this case.
- We recommend using a **trackable shipping service**, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

**Note:** Please do not send any returns to our registered business address without contacting us first. We will provide the correct return instructions (and return address if needed) by email.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

### 4. Non-Returnable or Partially Refundable Situations

We may refuse a refund or offer only a partial refund if:

- The product shows **significant signs of misuse**, abuse, or intentional damage.
- The product is returned **dirty, heavily scratched, or broken** due to improper use.

Shipping costs (original shipping fees) are **non-refundable**, except where required by law or in special cases we approve.

- If the order has **not been processed or shipped yet**, we will do our best to cancel or update it and issue a full refund if applicable.
- If the order has already been shipped, the request will be treated as a **return** under this policy.
